词根：nomin = name 名
nominal	a. 名义上的，有名无实的	He is only the nominal head of the country。 他只是那个国家名义上的元首。
nominate	v. 提名，推荐，任命，命名	I was nominated to the Research & Development department。 我被指派到研发部门工作。
nominator	n. 提名者，任命者	Nominator should have got the nominee's consent before making the nomination。 提名人在做出提名前，必须得到获提名人士的同意。
nominee	n. 被提名者，被任命者	The Director is awaiting the Board's affirmation of his nominee。 董事长在等待董事会批准他提名的候选人。
innominate	a. 匿名的，无名的	With out clear and definite laws, it's usually hard to judge the validity of innominate contracts。 无名合同没有明确的法律规制，因此在效力认定问题上存在困难。
